Location. Right off the freeway. The beds were really comfortable. Slept really good. Also. I had the unfortunate experience of leaving my purse in the dining area. Realized this 1 hour after checking out. When I called hotel to inquire, someone had turned purse in to the front desk. When I returned to retrieve it, everything in purse was intack.. Honest Samaritan. Staff held my purse for several hours til I arrived. 🙃

I like how easy and fast it was to check in. Also, the location was just a 10-minute walk to a shopping area. Though the hotel was next to a freeway, the noise did not bother us really. Moreover, the bed, blankets and pillows were so soft and comfortable. We also like the breakfast, had a lot to offer to start our day well. Alejandra in the dining area was very helpful and smiling,too.

The food at breakfast was good and i like having fresh fruit. The customer service at the desk was great, especially the person at 3:30 AM when i left was the most friendly and thoughtful person. He went out of his way to help me.
