Best Western Plus West Covina Inn

I like how easy and fast it was to check in. Also, the location was just a 10-minute walk to a shopping area. Though the hotel was next to a freeway, the noise did not bother us really. Moreover, the bed, blankets and pillows were so soft and comfortable. We also like the breakfast, had a lot to offer to start our day well. Alejandra in the dining area was very helpful and smiling,too.

Love the location, cleaning service, breakfast, the shower. Attentive and friendly staff. Felt really good to arrive there each day we stayed, comfortable.

The food at breakfast was good and i like having fresh fruit. The customer service at the desk was great, especially the person at 3:30 AM when i left was the most friendly and thoughtful person. He went out of his way to help me.

I liked my bed. It was very clean n comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Those that worked there were super friendly to my family and I. The choices were good. I have no complaints. Thank you to the staff and managers. My family and I look forward to coming back.
